Participants will develop a range of core management skills and techniques such as communicating with confidence, making informed decisions, taking initiative, driving change, and selecting, motivating and developing their team.
Progression upon Completion Successful participants can progress to and complete either the Diploma in Management (NFQ Level 7) or Diploma in Health Services Management (NFQ Level 7).
