It is estimated that more than 4% of the population in Ireland identifies as Neurodivergent. In numbers, that is 200,000 people, which represents more than 1 in 25 of the population. However, this figure is likely conservative, with actual numbers potentially higher. Recent research conducted on behalf of the Bank of Ireland suggests that as many as 1 in 10 adults may identify as neurodivergent, with only half of them having an official diagnosis. Globally, Deloitte has found that 10-20% of the population identifies as neurodivergent.

With growing numbers of adults awaiting diagnosis and an increasing awareness of the topic, understanding and embracing neurodiversity in our workplaces is essential to creating an environment where all individuals can thrive. This webinar will delve into aspects of building a neurodivergent inclusive workforce, including an exploration of the term, the benefits of creating a neurodivergent inclusive environment, and some of the perceived challenges

The webinar will run from 12.00 pm to 12.45 pm.
