Skillnet Ireland’s three-year strategy is focused on building a workforce that drives business success.

Over the next three years, Skillnet Ireland will support 100,000 businesses and 400,000 workers, including 15,000 new businesses and 1,000 start-ups, with a focus on digitalisation, AI adoption, and competitiveness.

Through their enterprise-led upskilling supports, they are equipping Irish businesses with the skills they need to scale, compete, and thrive — regionally, nationally, and globally.
